ave travel cost and expenses by having web-based training. Whether you have a problem with your current workflow or would like to learn SketchUp from the ground up, web-based training has no limit in content or length.
How this works
Select the number of hours you would like to have training for and follow the instructions to pay for the session. Once db3D receives confirmation, we will work with your schedule to setup training times. db3D is in EST (UTC - 5 hours) however we are very flexible in setting up times for our students outside the United States.
The training session
After a time is setup, both the student and db3D will share screens so that the student can watch along while the trainer illustrates topics. The student will then perform the topics while the trainer follows along. This makes the most effective training session.
ffering various types of training in SketchUp, classes are typically structured in half day or full day sessions. Topics range from beginner workflow to advanced techniques and tools. Other topics may include sessions creating photo-realistic renderings, presenting models in LayOut, or creating animations. Inquire for specific needs. Price based on a maximum of 10 students during session.

deally suited for designers, broadcasters, architects, engineers, woodworkers as well as anyone who would like to learn to create 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional study models with ease and sophistication, this course delivers a well-rounded introduction to the power of Google’s SketchUp. Students are able to draw using a familiar pencil and paper paradigm in a software context, as Google SketchUp makes 3-D modeling easy enough for anyone to learn, and fast enough to use under real-world time constraints. SketchUp allows students to demonstrate to clients what a new building will look like, recreate and fly through the scene of an accident, or visualize a theatrical set before it’s built. At the conclusion of this course, students can be comfortable creating, animating, and displaying 3-D environments at a sophisticated level. Basic computer skills are assumed. Students should be comfortable with MAC OS X, keyboard and mouse commands.
